What format (Package or Subscription) is best for me?

Packages offer a high degree of flexibility for those with hectic schedules, travelers, and / or those who may just want to get back on their feet after an extended period away from the gym. This is a standard pay per 60min session model with few added amenities.

Subscriptions are for those who want to seriously tackle a goal and/or are interested in extended periods of performance coaching. A three month minimum agreement is put in place to ensure a runway for growth and development. By nature of design, flexibility is limited, but consistency is prioritized. With your subscription, you will get a prioritized and designated training time, access to more training resources (A La Carte offerings) and a discretionary 60-75min training window as space and availability permits.

How Can I pay?

Sessions are to be pre-paid in advance. Billing will be either paid in full or monthly via check, cash, or credit card via online invoicing.

How can i cancel an appointment?

The session will be billed at its face value if any client fails to attend within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. The session will end at the scheduled time regardless of start time. We recommend clients arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled and begin warming up.

Due to scheduling constraints, it is important that you give us sufficient notice when you need to cancel an appointment.

Cancellation must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. The client will be held accountable to pay the fee for the session if failure to cancel a training session within the defined window occures.

 Should you wish to reschedule an appointment, a minimum of 12 hours notice is required. We will do our best to accommodate.

**Updated Policy: March, 2022 - If 8 (or more) inches of snow is reported at any of the four Aspen/Snowmass Resorts, both the coach and client are willing and able to cancel any sessions before 7:00am at no penalty.

How can i cancel services?

All packages/subscriptions must be cancelled at minimum 30 days in advance to be eligible for refund. All packages must be redeemed within 120 days of initial meeting date to be eligible for refund.
All subscriptions require a commitment of 3 payment cycles (12 weeks) from the initial meeting date.
